Any form of fraud, collusion, arbitrage, use of bots or automated software, or exploitation of software errors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

k1game is required under its international gaming licence to verify the identity of all Players. You may be requested to provide identity documents including a copy of your Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and payment method verification documents. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your k1game Login credentials, including your username and password. All transactions on k1game are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). k1game does not charge currency conversion fees on transactions made in PKR via supported payment methods.
k1game currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your k1game wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon clearance, which may take up to one (1) business day. k1game does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used to deposit must be registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed within thirty (30) minutes during business hours. Bank withdrawals are processed within one (1) working day. k1game reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may not be processed until active wagering requirements on any outstanding bonus balance are fulfilled.

Important: k1game does not accept funds from any person other than the registered account holder. Any deposit made from a third-party account will be returned to the source and the associated k1game account may be suspended pending investigation.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by k1game are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements as detailed in the individual promotion description. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for matters relating solely to that promotion.
Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered at the stated multiple (e.g., 30x) before any winnings derived from bonus play become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Bonus funds that expire prior to the wagering requirement being met are forfeited.
Not all games on k1game contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are specified in each promotion's terms. Placing bets on games with 0% contribution during an active bonus period does not progress wagering requirements and may, in some promotions, result in forfeiture of the bonus.
k1game reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and suspend accounts where it reasonably suspects that bonuses are being abused, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, placing offsetting bets to minimise wagering risk while fulfilling requirements, or any other strategy deemed by k1game to constitute bonus abuse.
k1game reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion will have their eligibility assessed at the time of withdrawal request.
All games available on k1game are provided by certified third-party gaming providers whose RNG systems and dealing procedures are independently audited. k1game does not modify game outcomes. The result of each game is final once confirmed by the game software. In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on your device and the game server result, the server result shall prevail.
If you experience a disconnection during a game round, k1game's servers will complete the round in accordance with the applicable game rules. Any winnings generated during a disconnected round will be credited to your account. k1game is not responsible for disconnections caused by your internet service provider, your device, or network conditions in Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad, Islamabad, or any other location.
k1game reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its absolute discretion. For sports betting, in particular, k1game reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has commenced where a manifest error in odds is identified, where the outcome of the event was already determined at the time the bet was placed, or where suspicious betting patterns are detected.
For PSL, international cricket, and other cricket betting markets, specific in-play rules apply including but not limited to: Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method application, match abandonment procedures, and the treatment of rain interruptions. All content on the k1game Platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, game assets, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of k1game or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You must not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, broadcast, or create derivative works from any k1game Platform content without prior written consent from k1game. Scraping, data mining, or systematic extraction of any data from the Platform is expressly prohibited.
k1game provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. k1game makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party network conditions, and force majeure events may affect Platform availability without prior notice.
Gambling involves inherent financial risk. k1game accepts no liability for any financial losses incurred through lawful use of the Platform. All bets placed on k1game are placed voluntarily by the Player at their own risk. The outcome of each game or sporting event is independent of k1game's control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, k1game's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their k1game account in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim. k1game shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages under any circumstances.

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, no transaction). k1game reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee of up to Rs 200 to dormant accounts after written notification to the registered email address. Accounts with zero balance following dormancy fees will be closed.
